 At Kitten Kisses Haven, we understand that not every family can pick up their kitten in person. That’s why we offer safe, reliable, and comfortable shipping options across the U.S. and Canada. Our priority is to ensure your kitten arrives healthy, happy, and ready to join your family.

 1. Local Pickup

• Families can schedule an in-person pickup once the kitten is ready.

• You’ll receive all health records, vaccination certificates, and registration papers at pickup.

• A starter care kit including toys, food samples, and care instructions will also be provided.

 2. Nationwide and Canadian Delivery

• We coordinate delivery through licensed, professional pet transport services.

• Kittens travel in secure kennels with soft bedding, water, and light snacks.

• Delivery is typically arranged via direct flights whenever possible to minimize travel time.

• Ground transportation may be used when necessary.

 • Kittens must be at least 10 weeks old and fully weaned.

• All health checks, vaccinations, and vet clearance must be completed before travel.

• Families must provide a local phone number and address for the delivery agency.

• Shipping fees must be fully paid in advance via the payment method provided by Kitten Kisses Haven.

• Once payment is confirmed, we coordinate the delivery with the transport agency.

• A tracking number or delivery update will be sent as soon as your kitten is en route.

• Each kitten undergoes a final veterinary check before shipping.

• Kittens are placed in a clean, comfortable travel kennel with familiar bedding and toys.

• All transport partners follow strict protocols for live animal safety, comfort, and monitoring.

• Most deliveries arrive within 8–12 hours of departure, depending on location and transport method.

• Minor delays may occur due to weather, airline schedules, or routine health checks.

• Our team remains available throughout the shipping process to answer questions or provide updates.

• We require confirmation of delivery and encourage families to notify us upon arrival of their kitten.
